Xiamen Airlines has received the APEX 2026 Best Food and Beverage in Greater China Award at the APEX Asia Summit held in Singapore on Nov 12, making it the only Chinese airline recognized this year.

As a leading global benchmark for airline passenger experiences, the APEX awards are based on millions of anonymous passenger reviews independently verified by a third-party organization. Airlines are assessed across five core categories: cabin service, food and beverage quality, seating comfort, in-flight entertainment, and Wi-Fi condition.

The 2026 evaluation covered more than 600 airlines and over one million flights worldwide, and its results are widely regarded as a key reference for global passenger satisfaction.

The award highlights the international recognition Xiamen Airlines has gained for the quality and innovation of its in-flight dining with the airline having developed a refined, customer-focused culinary system across all cabin classes.

This honor marks another major achievement for Xiamen Airlines following its designation as an APEX "World Class Airline" for four consecutive years, underscoring its continued advancement in specialized service excellence.
