The 2025 China Fuzhou International Investment Promotion Month Launch Ceremony and Together for Prosperity in Fuzhou: Global Investment Promotion Conference are scheduled to kick off in Fuzhou, capital of East China's Fujian province, on May 18.
Since its inception in 1994, the spectacle has grown into a premier international economic and trade event in Fujian. This year's extravaganza will showcase several new highlights:
Expanded scale
The event will feature 16 investment promotion activities from May 18 to June 18, focusing on leveraging the resource advantages of overseas Chinese, Taiwan and foreign entrepreneurs. With over 3,000 participants already registered, it's expected to attract over 10,000 attendees, establishing great connections between investors and Fuzhou's booming industries.
Detailed planning
Emphasizing its meticulous planning, on-site negotiations and post-event support, Fuzhou has put in place a list of 435 investment opportunities worth more than 60 billion yuan ($8.31 billion).
Over 100 projects have been identified for investment matchmaking, with combined investment intentions topping 180 billion yuan.
Positive outcomes
Customized inspection routes have been crafted to fit in with the interests of investor projects, industry preferences and the resurgence of overseas Chinese entrepreneurs.
With 26 tailored routes exploring industrial parks and facilities, the event aims to foster meaningful investment discussions and the realization of significant projects.
The event is eagerly awaiting more entrepreneurs to come to Fuzhou, encouraging sustained investments and partnerships within the city.
